Bergvliet High School has 1-year renewable LEARNERSHIPS for Senior and FET phase at our progressive, co-ed High School.
A monthly stipend will be paid, as well as a contribution towards your B Ed or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Access to wi-fi, computers, interactive whiteboards, mentors, practical teaching, etc.
These learnerships are for students who are currently studying part-time towards a B Ed Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) through UNISA or a similar accredited institution.
Prerequisites
- Currently in 3rd year B Ed OR doing PGCE in 2026.
- Major subjects: Mathematics.
- Active participation in one of the following sports: Cricket, Hockey, Rugby and Netball.
- Fully computer literate.
- A clear criminal record.
- Not currently receiving any educational bursary
