Tanith Ward who is in grade 8 and Aquila House competed in the Swimming Junior Nationals this past few days (14 – 18 April) where she’s achieved the following results:
– 14yrs 100 metre Backstroke – 2nd (Silver) time – 1:09.81
– 14yrs 50 metre Backstroke – 3rd (Bronze) time 33.2
– 14yrs 200 metre Backstoke – 3rd (Bronze) time 2:36.57
All-in-all she had an excellent day where she swam her personal best for every event.
At the end of March Logan Chippendale in Grade 9 has taken part in the Sport Science Institute SA Swimming Championships, in Oudtshoorn.
Logan achieved his personal best in all he participated in and took 3rd position in the 14 year old 100m boys butterfly.
